Mary J. Blige can't get "work"... at least not without paying, according to a new Federal lawsuit.

Ms. Mary is being sued by a company that claims she pilfered their tune and turned it into her latest song, "Work That."

The Drama Family Entertainment company filed the case, claiming one of it's producers wrote the original and somehow the J. heard it and lifted it.

Mary J's song is also featured in an iPod commercial.

Drama Family Entertainment wants $2 mil from the J-Bird.

August 07, 2008. Well it looks like Usher has finally realized the obvious - his career is in the toilet. And he's done something about it - he fired everyone.

MediaTakeOut.com just learned that Usher fired his entire management team, split with his publicist and rehired his mother Jonetta Patton to take the helm.

Here's what Benny Medina - who managed Tyra Banks, Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez had to say about the split:

August 07, 2008. Trouble may be brewing in the marriage of rapper Jay Z and his R&B wife Beyonce Knowles. MediaTakeOut.com just EXCLUSIVELY learned that the couple is having their first marital disagreement - and it's over having children.

The insider - who is VERY close to Jay Z tells MediaTakeOut.com, "Jay Z is ready to have children. He [and Beyonce] dated for years, now they're married ... and for him - it's time for children."

But the insider claims that Beyonce is NOT looking to have children for at least another 2 years - and possibly longer. The insider explained to MediaTakeOut.com, "Beyonce is very career focused. She has another album due this year and a couple of major film projects in the works. Her career is moving at 90 miles per hour and she's not trying to have it slowed down by a baby."

And the insider claims that this difference is causing significant strain on the young marriage. MediaTakeOut.com's source tells, "[Jay Z and Beyonce] are best friends so it's not like they're fighting over it ... but they both feel very strongly about [their positions] - if one of them doesn't relent, I think it could be a big problem."

On her career coming to a halt in 2005:

The LisaRaye divorce rumors are back on and poppin’. The last time rumors about her divorcing her Presidential husband Michael Misick swirled and she denied them was back in December of ‘06. And a lot can happen in close to two years. The rumor mill spun with divorce rumors a few months ago as well. And now, pretty reliable sources are stating that the First Lady of Turks and Caicos may be tossing her title and moving back to the States. Because not only is her hubby going through all that drama of being accused of raping/having a sexual relationship with a young girl on the islands, but he’s also rumored to be having an affair with Rocsi. Yes, 106 and Park’s Rocsi. I heard that ish a while back and ignored it because…it was Rocsi. But now I’m hearing it from reliable sources. So this ought to get interesting.

And not to mention LisaRaye’s been partying it up her in the states without her hubby all the time. Like at Lil Kim’s b-day party this weekend at Spotlight in NY.

I wish our first lady took shots like that on camera. Ish just might be more interesting around the White House. There just may be something to these divorce rumors–because I doubt any first lady would be caught partying/drinking it up like this on camera. Just sayin’…

Morgan Freeman & Wife Of 24 Years Divorcing!

Hot damn! The newest residents of Splitville Lane are bringing a whole lot of interesting happenings. Sources are reporting that actor Morgan Freeman and his wife of 24 years Myrna Colly-Lee are in the midst of a divorce and, according to Morgan’s attorneys, they have been separated since December ‘07. Wow. Even more interesting, the pic above was actually taken just this past April at a Broadway opening.

This news comes only days after Morgan’s near death experience of a car crash in his home state of Mississippi not far from his home he owns with Myrna. And if you’re were thinking it was suspicious (like me) that he was driving Miss Daisy’s his friend Demaris Meyer’s car with her in the passenger seat back to his home at the time of the accident…but you just didn’t think it was the time to say anything (like me again)…me thinks our suspicions have been confirmed. At first sources said this Demaris was a friend of both Myrna and Morgan, but now sources are saying she really is just Morgan’s “friend”. Interesting.

In good news, Morgan’s reps say he is doing much better since the accident and is now up and walking around.

This Swizz Beatz/Mashonda/Alicia Keys triangle just got a whole lot juicier. I dropped some of this info this morning in my gossip report on Big Boy’s Morning Show…now here’s the rest. A source who works very closely with Alicia tells TheYBF.com that AK is definitely not the good egg in this saga like we’re being led to believe. In fact, I’m told Alicia and Swizzy were together during her concert performances in and around Paris just a few weeks ago! According to the source, there was definitely no business need for Swizz to accompany Alicia on that leg of the trip, but the two definitely were taking in the sites together and totting around like lovers the entire time.

Oh, but there’s more. This is all after Alicia allegedly called her whole team to a meeting a few times to tell them none of the rumors were true of her being a homewrecker in Swizz and Mashonda’s marriage. Apparently it was just Alicia playing that smoke and mirrors game Hollywood is known so well for. Not to mention Alicia still has not come out with an official statement saying any of the rumors of her being a homewrecker are untrue.

Scarlett Johansson apparently never had a crush on Barack Obama. Or at least in the way some media outlets have made it out to be.

In fact, the actress believes all the attention surrounding her recent comments about an email relationship with the Democratic presidential hopeful reeks of "extreme sexism."

"I kept thinking to myself, 'God, if this was just, like, Kal Penn or George Clooney or any of the other [Obama] surrogates or supporters...there wouldn't be [any] question about it," she tells the Associated Press. "Nobody would even talk about it."

He's Having A Baby!

Mexican actor Gael Garcia Bernal is expecting his first child later this year!

And no, it's not with his ex, Natalie Portman - she's dating Venezuelan rocker Devendra Barnhart. Nat must have a thing for Latinos!

Bernal's pregnant baby mama is his current girlfriend, Argentinian actress Dolores Fonzi (pictured above).

The baby is said to be , have been due this December.

The pair have been spotted out and about lately, with Fonzi sporting a small baby bump already.

The couple have yet to confirm the news. However, friends of the pair have already verified the baby news to different media outlets.

Bernal and Fonzi met back in 2001 when they both worked together on the film Private Lives.

Even when the couple started dating years ago, and being photographed together, they denied the rumors that they were a couple.

So, it's no surprise now that they're not acknowledging her baby bump.

A woman is claiming she was sexually assaulted during the taping of a video on the Girls Gone Wild tour bus.

Police have confirmed that they have arrested a man in connection with a possible sexual assault that allegedly took place early Wednesday morning, on the tour bus, across the street from a Smithtown nightclub in Suffolk County, New York.

A police spokesman declined to confirm the identity of the man or reveal the charges against him.

Sexual assault is not cool.
